The automatic control system consists of liquid level sensor, thermocouple thermometer, pressure transmitter, electronic control rejection, steam regulating valve, steam electric valve and so on. The self-developed new technology for eliminating pump cavitation is used. For example, the boiler feed water pump is connected with the anti-cavitation device of the low-position high-efficiency thermal deaerator.
The deaerator is placed at any position and the pump will not cavitation. The pump will not have any cavitation, long-term safe operation, and the civil construction investment is greatly reduced. The deaerator can be manually or electrically switched under various variable load conditions, with wide adaptability and large operational flexibility.
The control system is independent (pneumatic or electric) and the control cabinet can be placed next to the deaerator or in the operating room. The controller is stable and reliable, with high sensitivity and long life. Mechatronics structure, simple and centralized, easy to install, save labor and money.
