Aquaculture Wastewater Treatment System Poultry Industry Various Farms

Background:

With the rapid development of the livestock and poultry industry in most areas, the pollution of aquaculture wastewater will continue to increase, and its pollution prevention is imminent. The cultured sewage has the typical "three high" characteristics, CODcr is as high as 3000~12000mg/l, ammonia nitrogen is as high as 800~2200mg/l, and SS is over ten times. Limited to the aquaculture industry is a small profit industry, the current treatment process can only be a large reduction in CODcr, and there is still a large technical and economic difficulty in ammonia nitrogen emission standards.

Large-scale livestock and poultry farming wastewater treatment has now attracted the attention of farm owners and relevant departments. It is imperative to adopt a series of control measures and select economical and efficient treatment technologies. As the national sewage discharge standards are updated, the problem of high-concentration aquaculture wastewater compliance is more prominent.

1) Equipment name: aquaculture wastewater treatment equipment

2) Use occasion: Suitable for sewage generated by various farms (chicken farms, pig farms, cattle farms, etc.)

3) Process application flow chart:

Process introduction:

After the waste water is removed by the mechanical grid, it enters the homogenization adjustment tank, and the water quantity and water quality are adjusted in the homogenization adjustment tank. The effluent from the conditioning tank is pumped to the UASB anaerobic tower, and the organic matter in the sewage is digested and degraded by the action of anaerobic microorganisms.

The anaerobic tower effluent flows into the air flotation machine and enters the biological contact oxidation tank. In the biological contact oxidation tank, the wastewater is adsorbed by the dominant microbial population and the high-load activated sludge. Subsequently entering the second settling tank for sedimentation, the effluent is discharged into the clean water disinfection tank for disinfection treatment, and the effluent reaches the standard discharge.

The sludge of UASB anaerobic tower and secondary sedimentation tank flows into the sludge concentration tank, and the concentrated sludge is filtered by the chamber filter press and then transported. The filtrate was refluxed through the trench to a homogenization conditioning cell.

Supply (cooperation) method and delivery cycle

STEP1: Determine the usage scenario.

SETP2: Analyze the quality of contaminated water (if necessary, perform laboratory analysis)

STEP3: Determine the treatment process.

4. The supplier forecasts the price duration and governance objectives of the equipment or system.

5 The supply and demand sides negotiate and negotiate the price schedule and the governance objectives, sign the contract and pay the supplier prepayment.

6. After the equipment is produced and paid by the buyer and its agent, the payment will be made.

7. The supplier rushed to the place where the buyer needed to use the installation guidance and commissioning.

8. System training for equipment use and maintenance
